Pricing questions
How much does MySSL.info cost?
The Free plan is permanently free and monitors 2 domains with weekly security-header re-scans, 30 days of history and one Blastline server. Paid plans are Pro at GBP29/month, Business at GBP59/month and Enterprise at GBP149/month, each adding more domains, faster header re-scans, longer history and more monitored servers. Scheduled SSL re-scans run monthly and certificate expiry is checked daily on every plan, including Free. Annual billing is roughly two months cheaper. Paid subscriptions are not being charged during the beta.
Is there a free plan, and does it expire?
Yes. The Free plan is a real plan, not a trial, and it does not expire. It covers 2 monitored domains, weekly scheduled security-header re-scans, monthly SSL re-scans with daily expiry checks, 30 days of scan history, one Blastline server and API access. The public scanning tools on the site need no account at all.
Am I being charged right now?
No. Charging is switched off while the platform is in beta, so every account runs at no cost regardless of the plan it is on. The prices listed here are what the plans will cost when billing is enabled. If you need higher limits before then, contact us and we will set the account up manually.
What is Blastline and is it a separate subscription?
Blastline is a read-only Linux host agent that measures what a running web server exposes: what it declares, what each application's OS user can actually reach, and what changed since the last pass. It is included in your MySSL plan rather than sold separately. Each plan covers a number of servers — 1 on Free, 3 on Pro, 10 on Business and 25 on Enterprise — and keeps a fixed window of agent history.
What happens to my data when the history window passes?
Scan and agent history older than your plan's retention window is deleted and does not come back. A removed window is history you no longer hold, not a period in which nothing changed, and the dashboard says so rather than drawing an empty gap. The most recent snapshot of every monitored server is always kept, however old it is, because change detection needs a baseline.
What if I need more servers or domains than Enterprise covers?
Larger fleets are priced individually rather than through self-service checkout. Contact plan@myssl.info with the number of domains and servers you need and we will quote it.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Plans can be changed at any time and there is no contract or lock-in. Because charging is off during the beta there is nothing to cancel today; when billing is enabled, downgrading keeps your existing data subject to the shorter retention window of the lower plan.
